We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our authentic MLB caps. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns process.
Return Policy Details
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging required
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any cap showing signs of wear or adjustment (for hygiene reasons, all caps are final sale once worn)
- Items purchased during clearance or special promotion events (clearly marked at time of purchase)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
- Include your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll email return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back to our Sacramento facility using a trackable shipping method
- Receive confirmation once we process your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For exchanges (size or team preference):
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
