Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
- Item must be in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
- Include your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back to our Sacramento facility using a trackable shipping method
- Receive confirmation once we process your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For exchanges (size or team preference):
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or adjusted caps (all caps must be in unworn condition with original tags)
- Items purchased during clearance or special promotion events (will be clearly marked at time of purchase)
Damaged or Defective Items
