What teams’ caps do you carry?
We currently offer official MLB caps for: Arizona Diamondbacks, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Guardians, Miami Marlins, St. Louis Cardinals, and Toronto Blue Jays. Each team has both standard caps and special edition options available.
Are your caps authentic MLB merchandise?
Absolutely! All our caps are 100% authentic MLB-licensed products. We take pride in offering only genuine merchandise that meets Major League Baseball’s quality standards.
Do you offer different sizes?
Yes, our caps come in multiple sizes to ensure the perfect fit. Each product page shows available sizes – most styles come in S/M and L/XL adjustable options, with some fitted styles available in specific measurements.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an account” option. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your caps to you fast! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered processing.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries! Our caps reach fans across North America, Europe, and most of Asia. Currently, we cannot ship to some remote areas – if you have questions about your location, please contact us before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
2. Free Shipping: 15-25 day delivery via EMS for orders over $50

All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping (excluding weekends/holidays).
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your cap’s journey from our Sacramento headquarters to your doorstep!

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.
Is my payment information secure?

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached. Simply initiate a return through our online portal, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will appear in your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing.
